Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you ample time to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, your item must remain unopened, in its original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiate the return process by reaching out to us at tripleajerky@gmail.com. Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Kindly note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and promptly notify us if the item is defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was delivered, so we can promptly address and resolve the issue. 

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, and sale items or gift cards. If you have concerns about a specific item, feel free to get in touch with us for clarification.

The quickest way to secure the item you desire is to return the original purchase. Upon approval, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

After we receive and assess your return, we will inform you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that financial institutions may require some time to finalize the refund posting.
